We had a great experience for our Valentine’s Day dinner! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! We had the beef carpaccio appetizer which was phenomenal! We could have eaten 5 more servings! We ordered the delmonico, Dijon chicken and lobster Mac n cheese for our dinner and the flavor of the steak was superb… not as tender in some spots, the lobster tail was delectable and the Mac and cheese under it was good, not great… not very cheesy but the mild flavor did pair well with the steak. The Dijon chicken was ok… the sauce was yummy but the chicken was a little dry. We had the carrot cake for dessert. Soooo yummy. And very decadent! The ambience was really special and the violinist was great and played modern songs. This was an overall great experience and I would go back again for a special occasion… or maybe just the beef carpaccio if I’m in the area!

It was a good steak house. The dried aged and tomahawk were good and the 24 oz porter house was ok. I think we were waited for about 40 min before getting our steak as well. appetizer were also ok. crème brûlée was a good show but not the best one I would say I ever had. The service was good.

From the moment you walk into this steakhouse, you’re greeted with a warm, rustic medieval atmosphere that sets the tone for a unique dining experience. The service is attentive without being intrusive, making you feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. The star of the meal—the steak—was cooked to absolute perfection. Juicy, tender, and expertly seasoned, it had a rich, smoky flavor that spoke to the quality of the meat and the skill of the kitchen. Each bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a perfectly cooked center. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert. I recommend the Carrot cake, it has a nutty richness that tantalizes your pallet with every bite. If you are looking for a hot spot off the strip this is definitely a place to visit.

What a cool experience! Walking in to Primal was super cool. The ambiance of the melted candles over time just gave a really cool feel right when you walk in. The staff were super nice And very accommodating. Our party had the 6 oz fillets, and the Dijon chicken. Everything was delicious. We had a side order of the onion rings and those were the best onion rings I might have had ever. Super crispy fresh onions. Just absolutely delicious. 10 for 10. Will definitely recommend. Check this place out. It's off the strip. It's cheaper, but the quality is there!

This is a must try Steakhouse if you’re visiting Las Vegas and want a high end steakhouse Restaurant with a unique experience. Visiting from NYC and going to all the best steakhouses in Manhatten Primal is absolutely on par with all of them. All of our dishes which included the French onion soup, Bone marrow, Porterhouse steaks and sides were all made with the best ingredients and cooked to perfection. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality and sizes of the dishes. The ambience was amazingly done and unlike anything I’ve experienced in a steakhouse, all done by design which included a Professional violinist who played modern music. Service was friendly and prompt, Thank you to Andrew and everyone else involved who helped us that night. Looking forward to coming back to this restaurant. Will definitely return and recommend. From the Davis family to the Primal family thank you for an amazing Steakhouse experience.

On the last day of vacation, we were baffled on where to dine at, and Primal Steakhouse opened before our eyes as a contender. It is safe to say we were pleasantly surprised with our choice for the night. For appetizers, we ordered the Ahi Tuna Tacos and Shrimp Scampi. While the tacos were on the sweeter side, the freshness of the tuna outshined everything. The shrimp scampi was rich and flavorful. For mains, we ordered the 32oz Prime Tomahawk with a side of lobster, the 8oz Filet Mignon, the Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, and the Salmon and Mussels. The Tomahawk was undoubtedly one of the best steaks we’ve had, almost on par with Peter Lugers. The filet was just as good with a very soft and luscious bite. The lamb was slightly on the gamier side, but still a solid choice. Out of all these dishes, the Salmon and Mussels were the least impactful, but that is to be expected at a steakhouse. For sides, we ordered the creamed spinach, parm truffle fries, Mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, and lobster Mac and cheese. Out of all these sides, the most outstanding was the Lobster Mac and Cheese with a rich cheese sauce and plenty of lobster meat. The creamed spinach was forgettable, as were the parm truffle fries, with the garlic mashed potatoes at least holding its value. It is to note, the complimentary sourdough bread with the bacon jam was a hit at our table. Live music was provided and the waitress as well as the manager were keenly attentive to our needs. For 5 people the bill totaled approximately $800 including drinks, but despite the price tag, the food makes the experience worth it.

Went for my wife's birthday, and the experience was phenomenal! We were taken in at exactly the reservation time with no additional waiting. We were initially seated next to a very rowdy group, which I understand we are in Vegas however it was a little excessive and I requested that if there was any way possible for us to move to a somewhat quieter area of the restaurant it would be much appreciated. The hostess was very accommodating and said as soon as a table opened up she would get us moved. We were moved to Parker's section and he did a great job of taking care of us. Very attentive but not overbearing. We split The Australian Wagyu Cooked to perfection. Primal's atmosphere is definitely unique, not your typical cookie cutter steakhouse, and I must say the tomato bacon jam is something that caught me by surprise. I don't like tomatoes however I will always try something new and I was completely taken aback with it. Very good! NOW For the real reason I chose Primal! I always read one star reviews and as a business owner myself I have to admire that the owner keeps it real with people who post a one star without giving opportunity in house to fix something prior to telling the whole world how terrible their life is with a 1 star rating. We need more business owners out there to tell them what time it is.

We were here for the first time. There was live music and a nice atmosphere. We ordered Australian Wagyu ribeye steak, carrot cake, and drinks. The food was delicious, the meat was very juicy and tasty. However, we asked for medium, and they brought us almost medium rare, so we skipped the middle and took it to go, but that's okay. And the carrot cake was the best I've ever had. I recommend this place and will definitely come back to try something else.
